Charlotte is a super cute, playful little 1 year old hound mix tho she clearly has something else in her. Look at that face - have you ever seen anything cuter? She also has a wonderful personality - she is friendly, love to play, loves other dogs.
This little cutey is a a rural shelter that we try to help. She can be brought to the metro DC area for an approved foster or adopter. We don't know if she is housetrained and it is best to assume that she is not. Most dogs housetrain quickly and easily and we can give you tips on housetraining, crate training, etc.
